Most nights I'll take one cap to help.me get to sleep. If I really need to get up in the morning, I'll take two. This stuff works really well and doesn't give me any side effects so, it's awesome.

Pains me to say my Son was right.. From the very first night, I was able to sleep and when woken by a puppy for the toilet run, I was able to fall back asleep. I thought maybe I’m just really tired.. But after a week, I’m still sleeping and I feel great.

By the emperor they got it right with this one it has genuinely helped my sleep so much ive gone from feeling ruined after an 8 hour sleep to actually feeling alive the next day.
